Practical
Buildup:
RockDivas require 45 minutes for backline buildup. After buildup the backline can be miked.
Soundcheck:
RockDivas require a minimum of 30 minutes for adequate soundchecking.
Soundchecks will pass without audience and only technical personell. (Sound-‐, light-‐ and stagetechnicians).
After show:
RockDivas will breakup the instruments after 30 minutes after the show. Instruments may only be handled by bandmembers or by RockDivas appointed personell. Free passage from stage to an exit is mandatory during breakup.
Personell &Logistics
RockDivas personell:
RockDivas consist of 4 members and 1 manager. RockDivas reserve the right to bring a maximum of 5 persons personell. These people needn’t buy entrance fees and must be seen as part of the band in regard to backstage entrance, consumptions, etc.
Venue Personell:
All venue personell need to be introduced to RockDivas at arrival. People without a set task will not be tolerated to be present on stage and backstage during buildup and breakup.
Sound‐ and Lighting Engineering:
RockDivas only accept professional technicians for soundreinforcement and lighting engineering. RockDivas reserve the right to inquire for necessary certifications.
Parking:
RockDivas require 4 parkingspaces within 300 metres of the venue location. Parking fees will be charged to the promotor or venue.
Catering:
RockDivas require:
- 10 bottles (1,5 L) non-‐sparkling water
- 2 bottles (1,5 L) Sparkling water
- 5 bottles (1,5 L) Coca Cola
- 1 crate of beer (Heineken, Hertog Jan, Jupiler, or other A-‐brand)
- one 6-pack alcohol-free beer
- Sufficient coffee and tea
If and when RockDivas need to be present more than 120 minutes before showtime, the venue is responsible for meals in regard to the time of day. If and when RockDivas are abroad. The venue and/or promotor is responsible for meals in regard to the time of day.
There is ONE vegetarian within the RockDivas. NO meat, NO fish, NO shellfish. Eggs, milk and cheese ARE acceptable.
If and when the venue and/or promotor aren’t capable of serving meals, RockDivas will charge €10 per person (including a maximum of 5 persons entourage) for corresponding mealtimes.
Facilities
Backstage:
RockDivas require one lockable changing room with a minimum of 5 seats and 1 table. RockDivas need 4 grounded outlets (220V/16A). The key for the room need to be handed over to RockDivas or RockDivas Management.
On Stage:
RockDivas require 6 grounded outlets (220V/16A) stage right and grounded outlets (220V/16A) stage left.
Micstands:
RockDivas require 4 microphone standards. All stands need to be equipped with a boom.
Drumriser:
RockDivas require a drumriser with the dimensions 2m X 2m and max 60cm high. Different dimensions may only be offered after contacting RockDivas. If no riser is available there need to be 2m x 2m of space available on stage.
Rising of amplifiers:
For the guitar-‐ and bassguitaramplifiers RockDivas require risers. (Beercrates are sufficient… as long as there are full bottles ;-)
Do’s&Don’ts
NO ALCOHOL BEFORE THE SHOW FOR PROFESSIONAL PERSONELL!
STROBE LIGHTING IS PROHIBITED DUE TO THE DRUMMER’S EPILEPSY
RockDivas reserve the right to cancel the show when these rules are broken! Promotor/Venue is obligated to pay full wages!
